"My name is Bernard, and I'm a 2-year-old male domestic short hair. I'm a handsome guy who is just as sweet as they come! I was a very sick kitty when I was first rescued in a cane field behind my foster mom's house, but I've since been nursed back to health, and now I'm so happy! I get along very well with other cats as well as dogs. I've been in foster care since I was a kitten, so I'd love to find my forever home this year! Want to know more? HOPE for Animals' cat adoption fee is $60. This includes initial vaccinations and spay or neuter. Cats adopted from HOPE must be kept indoors at all times. Other pets in the household must be spayed or neutered, and a good vet reference is required.
