Want a spunky little boy to brighten your day? Pappy is just ecstatic to be free from the local shelter.  All he wants to do is show his gratitude by wagging his tail and giving kisses to everyone he meets.  He is currently in a foster home with other dogs and cats, so he’s ready for home with others pets.
