Harvey is a 1 yr. old male chihuahua mix who found himself in a precarious position at the local animal shelter. Tuesday and Friday or euthanasia days, and due to lack of space, Harvey's time was up. Luckily, rescuers spotted this happy little fellow and saved him. He is currently enjoying the good life with a foster Mom who has 30 yrs. + training experience. This lucky fellow is getting more attention than he's ever known, and will make an awesome pet for some lucky person.
