HOPE rescued this sweet pup and her brother (possibly her offspring), Spice after they were abandoned as young pups, and they clung together to survive.  They were adopted out together for over a year, but returned recently through no fault of their own. Both are loving and affectionate. Sugar and Spice have been together through “thick and thin” and need to be adopted together to a loving home.
