Meet "Tiger
Boudreaux," who came to HOPE for Animals after his
owner tragically died. Though he was well cared
for by the HOPE volunteers, everyone looked forward to
the day Tiger would find a home of his own. That
day arrived when Bill Davis saw Tiger's photo and
story on the HOPE website. Mr. Davis had lost
his beloved cat, Autumn, to cancer a few months
prior. He felt drawn to Tiger, since they had
both lost their best friend. Now, Tiger enjoys
watching football and spending time with his new
dad. Mr. Davis's granddaughter, Robin, says the
two make quite the pair and are perfect for each
other. Mr. Davis is also very happy to have
another feline friend. "It feels good to wake up
with whiskers in my face again," he says. HOPE
volunteers think that maybe Tiger's first dad had a
hand in this adoption. It was clearly meant to
be!
